The Storm Lake Fire Department has been awarded a 15 thousand dollar Taylor Family Farms Foundation grant that will assist in purchasing new radios to be used by firefighter personnel.
The Taylor Family Farms Foundation’s goal is “to positively impact people’s lives and/or enhance life in rural communities in northwest Iowa and southern Minnesota. The Foundation was founded in 2023.
The Storm Lake Fire Department and the City of Storm Lake express gratitude and appreciation for the important funding.
