A Spencer man faces up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty Friday in Sioux City Federal Court to Possession of Child Pornography.
At the plea hearing, 41-year-old Leighton Jones admitted that he knowingly possessed and attempted to possess child pornography, including a depiction involving a minor under the age of 12.
Sentencing will be set after a pre-sentence report is prepared. Jones is being held in the custody of the United States Marshal pending sentencing.
