A Spencer man has been arrested on multiple charges of sexual abuse.
According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, 42-year-old Nathen Kuster was arrested this past Sunday morning following completion of a sex abuse investigation stemming from incidents that allegedly occurred in July of 2023. He was taken into custody on three counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse, all class B felonies. Kuster was transported to the Clay County Jail without incident, and was booked on a 75 thousand dollar cash-only bond.
The case was investigated by the Department of Human Services, Attorney General’s Office, and Clay County Sheriff’s Office. The Spencer Police Department assisted the sheriff’s office with the arrest.
