A local hospital will be hosting a seminar in the first half of December.
Stewart Memorial Community Hospital (SMCH) will have its fourth quarter Lunch ‘n’ Learn seminar on Thursday, December 7th at 12 p.m. in the SMCH lower-level Conference Center. A meal will be served followed by a program presented by Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Bellcock.
The discussion will revolve around how citizens can keep their minds healthy during this holiday season, which can bring stress and lots of mixed emotions.
