The search continues for a rural Lytton man who’s been missing for about a month.
54-year-old Mark Reisberg was last heard from on October 28th. He had worked a shift at Bomgaars in Sac City the night before. Reisberg’s primary employer, Essentia Protein Solutions, reported him missing on November 1st. Reisberg’s phone and wallet were found in his house just outside of Lytton, but his vehicle, a tan Chrysler PT Cruiser, is missing.
Calhoun County Sheriff Pat Riley says there’s no evidence to indicate any criminal activity in this case. Riley believes Reisberg may have left voluntarily, although Reisberg’s sister disputes that theory.
Reisberg is described as 5’11”, 170 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. The PT Cruiser’s license plate number is DMV 254.
If anyone has any information on Reisberg’s whereabouts, they are urged to contact the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department.
The search also continues for 53-year-old David Schultz of Wall Lake, who’s been missing since last Tuesday, November 21st. Anyone with information on Schultz is urged to contact the Sac County Sheriff’s Office.
Calhoun County Sheriff Riley doesn’t believe the cases of Schultz and Reisberg are related. The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation is assisting local authorities in both cases.
