The full-service transportation company RIDES announces a new mobile app.
The company’s “R Mobile Application” will be available starting tomorrow (Tues). The app allows users of RIDES, which is available in Storm Lake, to schedule, cancel, or check the status of their trip through a phone. The new app is fully integrated with vehicle software which empowers users to schedule trips specific to their needs by choosing a mobility aid, along with pick-up and drop-off locations.
The “R Mobile Application” requires users to have a “My Rides” account established with a positive balance. The app is available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. Once the app is installed, users will need to contact RIDES to finalize their account setup. Call 1-800-358-5037 ext 107.
