A Storm Lake United Ribbon Cutting for the company that’s instrumental in a local workforce housing project is being held this week.
The event for Kading Properties will be held at noon tomorrow (Wed) at Kading’s Sunrise Pointe property at 811 Chloe Lane. The public is invited to attend.
Kading is a construction, development, and property management company that operates in 26 Iowa communities. Kading manages 170 townhomes in the Sunrise Pointe Development. All of those properties have been leased. The second part of the Sunrise Pointe project is under construction.
The City of Storm Lake and Tyson Foods approached Kading Properties over three years ago in an effort to identify a partner in workforce housing.
