Buena Vista County health officials are conducting a Community Health Assessment.
The goal is to gather input from the public on a variety of topics to identify the top health needs in BV County and improve the local health situation. Residents are urged to take five minutes to complete a short survey. Click here to access the survey.
The Community Health Assessment is being completed by a committee consisting of Buena Vista County Public Health and other community partners. Individual feedback from the survey will not be shared outside of the committee.
