Plenty of Snow Expected Around the Area

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Buena Vista County until 6pm tomorrow (Tues).

A Winter Storm Warning is also in effect until pm tomorrow for counties including Cherokee, Ida, and O’Brien. These areas could see between 6 and 12 inches of snow.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Sac County from 9am today (Mon) until 6pm tomorrow (Tues). Expect between 6 and 12 inches of snow.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Pocahontas County from 3pm today (Mon) until 6pm tomorrow (Tues). Between 5 and 9 inches of snow is forecast.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Calhoun County from 3pm today (Mon) until 6pm tomorrow (Tues) with 6 to 12 inches of snow forecast.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 6am tomorrow for Clay County, with 4 to 6 inches of snow forecast.

A Winter Weather Advisory for Palo Alto County lasts from 3pm today (Mon) until 6pm tomorrow with 3 to 5 inches of snow forecast.

Plan on slick road conditions which could impact commutes this (Mon) evening and tomorrow (Tues) morning. Patchy blowing snow could be an issue, especially tomorrow (Tues) with gusts getting as high as 40 miles-per-hour.
