Just like every other year, we’re sure to get some snowy, wintry weather in the next few months, but the definition of one of the lines of products issued by the National Weather Service has changed a bit.

Rogers says since this has the effect of slightly loosening the criteria for winter storm warnings, it’s possible that more of the warnings could be issued.
