Mitchellville Woman has Deferred Judgment Revoked

On Tuesday of this week, 52-year-old Teresa Hale, of Mitchellville, had her deferred judgment revoked in the Iowa District Court. On May 2nd, 2022, Hale was granted a deferred judgment for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) and was placed on probation for three years.

During the probation, Hale failed to follow through with the terms and conditions of her probation, which led to a revocation. She was sentenced to a prison term of incarceration not to exceed five years for each of the counts with the Iowa Department of Corrections.
