The Midwest All Music Association today (Tues) and yesterday (Mon) has been delivering one thousand dollar checks to middle school music programs in Buena Vista County.
Checks were delivered Monday to Newell Fonda and Sioux Central, while Storm Lake St. Mary’s, Storm Lake Public, and Alta Aurelia received checks today (Tues).

The donations are from net profits from the Association’s recent Hall of Fame Induction event that was held in November at the Cobblestone Ballroom in Lakeside.

Schossow said other sponsors in the area made similar requests for schools in their community. He said he would like to hold another Hall of Fame Induction event in the Storm Lake area in the future.
