A few local companies and organizations are included in the Des Moines Register’s list of Iowa’s Top Workplaces for 2023.
The list of top workplaces includes Iowa Central Community College, which includes a campus in Storm Lake…Central Bank, which is headquartered in Storm Lake…Arnold Motor Supply, which is headquartered in Spencer and has a location in Storm Lake…and Stewart Memorial Community Hospital in Lake City.
A total of 148 companies and organizations were recognized. The Top Workplace Award recognizes the greatest companies to work for based on employee survey data. At least 35 percent of employees must respond to the survey in order to qualify. Responses are then compiled and scored by a panel of leading workplace scientists and experts. On average, fewer than three percent of eligible organizations that participate will earn a Top Workplace designation.
