A Clay County Deputy pulled over a vehicle for a speeding violation at the 1200 mile of 350th Street in Spencer on Wednesday. Upon routine investigation, it was determined that the driver, 22-year-old Autum Wessling, of Le Mars, had a suspended driver’s license.
The Deputy arrested Wessling without incident, and she was transported to the Clay County Jail. Wessling was charged with Driving Under Suspension, No Insurance, No Drivers License, Speeding, and Failure to Give Notice of Address Change, all simple misdemeanors.
