Law enforcement officers are investigating a death at a Sheldon hotel.
According to Sheldon Police Chief Scott Burtch, the department received a call on Wednesday of this week regarding a deceased person at the Holiday Inn. Burtch says the death is currently under investigation with the assistance of the Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation.
Burtch doesn’t believe the public is in any danger. Updates will be provided when information becomes available.
