This past Monday, Clay County Deputies were called to the area of 400th Street and 225th Avenue at about 10 pm regarding a disturbance on the road. When deputies arrived, they observed a vehicle leaving the area.
Deputies proceeded to stop the vehicle and it was determined that the driver, a 17-year-old male, was under the influence of alcohol. Both Alcohol and vape products were located in the vehicle.
The juvenile was charged with Operating While Intoxicated (1st Offense), Possession of Alcohol, and Possession of Vape Products. The male was turned over to his parents.
