For the third year in a row, Iowa Central Community College has been named one of the top workplaces in the state for large companies employing more than 500 people.
Iowa Central employs nearly 12 hundred faculty and staff. They are based in Fort Dodge, with additional campuses in Storm Lake and Webster City, and career academies in Laurens, Jefferson, and Eagle Grove. A news release states that one out of every 27 jobs in the college’s nine-county service region are impacted by Iowa Central’s activities, students, or graduates.
Top workplace recognition winners are determined through a third-party employee survey that measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, connection, and more.
