A Greenville man was arrested in Clay County late this past Sunday afternoon on drug-related charges.
According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy located a vehicle with marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a THC Cartridge in it during a traffic stop in the 41-hundred mile on Highway 71. The driver, 38-year-old Joshua DeBoer, was placed under arrest and transported to the Clay County Jail.
DeBoer has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana (a serious misdemeanor)…as well as Speeding, Failure to Display a Registration Plate, and Possession of Drug paraphernalia (all simple misdemeanors).
