A gallon of unleaded gas in Iowa is currently averaging $3.37, according to Triple A Iowa.
The statewide average for a gallon of gas is up about four cents in the last week, but is about a penny lower than a month ago. The Buena Vista County average is approximately $3.30. A year ago, gas in Iowa was averaging $4.08.
Diesel statewide right now is averaging $3.63, which about five cents higher in the last week, but a couple cents lower compared to a month ago.
