Fonda Specialty Care Recognized with National Award

A local long-term care facility is one of the recipients of the 2022 Bronze Commitment to Quality Award.

Fonda Specialty Care was recently announced as one of the award winners by the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living, which encompassed 180 long-term and post-acute care providers in 40 states. A total of six Iowa long-term care facilities received the Bronze award.

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program honors long-term and post-acute care providers that have demonstrated their commitment to improving the quality of care for seniors and individuals with disabilities…(audio clip below :37 )

The national award program has three levels…bronze, silver, and gold. Winners of the Silver Achievement in Quality and Gold Excellence in Quality Award will be announced in the coming months.

Fonda Specialty Care has the capacity for 46 residents.
