A fiber internet project will soon be getting underway in Holstein.
NET Broadband is a collaboration between North West REC and Evertek. The project is slated to start early this fall, and will be completed sometime next year.
Holstein area residents are invited to an upcoming open house to learn more about the project. The open house will be held on Thursday, August 17th from 4 to 7pm at the Cobblestone Inn and Suites in Holstein. The event will feature project information, timelines, product and pricing, a Cattlemen’s Association meal, and drawings for door prizes. There will also be plenty of time for questions and answers.
A news release states that the fiber internet project will serve both rural and town customers in Holstein, and promises to revolutionize the broadband landscape in the Holstein area.
