Dickens Man Arrested for Violation of Probation

This past Monday, a little after 5 pm, a Clay County Deputy arrested 48-year-old Michael Daniels, of Dickens, on a Clay County warrant at 104 East Street in Dickens. While the arrest was being made, Daniels was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. In addition, he was also found to be driving on a suspended driver’s license. Daniels was arrested and transported to the Clay County Jail.

Daniels was charged with P.C.S.- Meth (1st), a Serious Misdemeanor; Driving Under Suspension, No Drivers License; Operation without Registration; Fraudulent Use of Registration; No Insurance; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, all Simple Misdemeanors.

Daniels was held on a $1,000 cash or surety bond on the charges and on a $5,000 cash or surety bond on the warrant for violation of probation. He was later served with a separate Palo Alto County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a total of $2,000 Bond.
