The City of Storm Lake has been made aware of a widespread banking issue involving financial services and payment provider Shazam.
According to information sent by Storm Lake Communications Director Dana Larsen, the issue involves deposits and withdrawals from the 2015 time period that are being repeated at the present time. Shazam/FED and financial institutions are aware of the problem and are working to correct those transactions as soon as possible.
