A Cherokee woman has won a top Iowa Lottery prize.
Tamara Blackburn won the 49th top prize in the lottery’s “$30,000 Crossword” scratch game. Blackburn purchased her winning ticket at the Cherokee Convenience store. She claimed her prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery’s Storm Lake regional office.
“$30,000 Crossword” is a three-dollar scratch game that features 151 top prizes.
