Cherokee Attorney Nominated for District Judge Vacancy

An attorney in Cherokee is among the nominees for the 3A District Court Judge vacancy.

Adam Miller was selected as a nominee by the 3A Judicial Nominating Commission last Friday. A total of six applicants were considered for the vacancy created by the upcoming retirement of Judge Nancy Whittenburg on October 31st. Governor Kim Reynolds has 30 days to appoint one of the nominees to the position.

Judicial District 3A includes Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, O’Brien, and Palo Alto counties.
