Merten isn’t sure of the exact timeline in getting the transfer agreement completed, but says it isn’t on the DNR’s agenda for this month. Merten figures it’s still at least a month away from being finalized.
The transfer was held up earlier this year after the DNR made some changes on what would actually be deeded over to the county on the marina property.
