A two-vehicle accident in O’Brien County left both drivers injured.
According to a report from the Iowa State Patrol, the accident happened at 10:30 yesterday (Mon) morning west of Primghar. 18-year-old Noah Feilmeier of Glidden was traveling westbound in a pickup truck on 390th Street. Feilmeier’s vehicle pulled out from a stop sign to turn northbound and pulled out in front of an SUV driven by 53-year-old Matthew Simons of Marcus. Simons was traveling northbound, was unable to avoid Feilmeier’s vehicle, and struck the back of it. Both vehicles ended up in the ditch, with each one landing on its wheels.
