The 69th annual Black Hawk Lake Summer Water Carnival in Lake View will be held this Friday, July 15th through Sunday, July 17th.
The McDermott Midway opens at 6:30 Friday evening, followed by the Kiddie Parade at 7pm. The fireworks show will take place after dark.
Art in the Park begins Saturday morning at 7:30. The traditional Street Parade begins at 1pm. Entertainment at 6:30pm Saturday will feature a hypnotist on the West Stone Pier. The day will conclude with the Parade of Water Floats.
Sunday’s events include the Little Miss Black Hawk Pageant on the stage near West Stone Pier starting at 4:30pm. The Bill Riley Talent Show begins at 6:30pm Sunday. Cash drawings will be held with a total of 15-hundred dollars in prizes.
Bingo will be offered each day of the carnival.
