The 6th annual local Blue Blood Drive event is happening Monday, January 6th at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church at 1614 West 5th Street in Storm Lake.
Donation times are available that day from 11am to 4:30pm. The event is designed to help local law enforcement and the medical community save lives. The Storm Lake Police Department and Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Department see first-hand the need for blood products in accidents, medical emergencies, and more. The LifeServe drive supplies vital blood products to area hospitals including the Buena Vista Regional Medical Center.
