The City of Storm Lake will be constructing a wetland on property south of the Tyson Wasterwater Treatment Plant.
The construction work will start as soon as the weather allows, and will last through the remainder of this year, with final restoration and project completion set for next year.
The contractor will be excavating soil for the creation of wetlands, including the installation of native vegetation in the form of seeding and landscaping to enhance water quality to Outlet Creek, and create wildlife habitat.
