SLPD Raygor Arrest

Storm Lake Police responded to call from the Buena Vista Clinic on Tuesday, January 21st, at 12:14 PM. An employee of the clinic reported that 26 year old, Andrew Raygor, of Storm Lake had called the clinic, became angry about an appointment and threatened to come to the clinic and assault her. Officers went to 719 Erie Street and placed Raygor under arrest. During the arrest Raygor assaulted a police officer.
Raygor was transported to the Buena Vista County jail where he was charged with Harassment 2nd degree, a misdemeanor, Assault on a police officer, a serious misdemeanor, interference with official acts, a simple misdemeanor and was booked and held on a $2,300 bond.
