A two-vehicle collision Monday evening in Sioux County injured an Everly teen.
The Sioux County Sheriff's Office says 19-year-old Kirsten Glackin of Everly was northbound on Log Avenue and 15-year-old Emily Haack of Granville was eastbound on 420th Street. Deputies say as the two cars approached the intersection, Glackin swerved to avoid colliding with Haack's vehicle. The vehicle Glacken was driving went into the west ditch and rolled.
Glackin was taken by ambulance to the Sheldon hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Haack was cited for failure to obey a stop sign. The crash took place a little after 9:30 pm.
