SL Man Charged With Trespass

Storm Lake police arrested a local man after investigating a report Wednesday morning of a suspicious person.
Police were told a man… identified as 32-year-old Vichit Senesoury of Storm Lake… was allegedly seen leaving a vacant home that is for sale at 410 West Eighth Street. Police allege Senesoury was staying in the vacant house without permission of the owner. During the investigation police determined Senesoury had allegedly entered a second vacant home at 611 West Fifth Street and had damaged a light at that residence. That incident was reported to police on Tuesday.
Police charged Senesoury with two counts of criminal trespass and one count of fifth-degree criminal mischief, all simple misdemeanors. He was jailed on a 900-dollar bond.
