A Storm Lake man… arrested on a drug charge in September… has been sentenced in Buena Vista County District Court.
Storm Lake police alleged 33-year-old Edward Fowler was in possession of multiple small baggies of marijuana. He was charged with third-offense possession of a controlled substance, an aggravated misdemeanor.
Fowler pleaded guilty and was given a two-year suspended sentence. He was placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay 13-hundred dollars in fines, surcharges, and court costs.
