Rolfe Man Drug Charges

A Rolfe man has been arrested on multiple drug related charges following a traffic stop in rural Pocahontas County today.
According to Pocahontas County Sheriff Bob Lampe, 48-year-old Kenneth Benedict was charged with the 3rd offense possession of methamphetamine, a class D felony…3rd offense possession of marijuana, an aggravated misdemeanor…possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor…and driving with a suspended license, a simple misdemeanor.
Benedict was jailed on a 76-hundred dollar bond.
