Naturalist Lunch Box is held at 12:00 PM on selected Fridays in the summer at South Cove Park. Pack a lunch and join the fun! Naturalist Lunch Box is designed for all ages. The naturalist will present a short program on a selected topic and have hands on activities for younger audience members. Friday, June 14th at 12:00 PM will be the second Naturalist Lunchbox program of the year. The topic for this week is snakes. The naturalist will discuss the different species of snakes in Iowa and bring along a few of the live education snakes too. South Cove Park is located along the south shore of Storm Lake at 125 Stoney Point Road, Storm Lake. If you plan on attending, please let the naturalist know by Wednesday, June 12th by calling 712-295-7985.
