Support Victims. Build Trust. Engage Communities. This FREE, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC drive thru community event will recognize and honor victims of all types of crimes, as well as emphasize the importance of educating our communities on services and support available to victims. Join us on Thursday, April 22nd at Hope Church's parking lot (919 Grand Avenue in Spencer) from 5-7 PM to drive thru a story experience, then you'll get out of your car (safely distanced) to light a candle and leave a message of hope for victims of crime. You will receive free gifts for attending - a tote, water bottle, lip balm, and important resources! *This event is supported by the National Crime Victims' Rights Week Community Awareness Project subgrant awarded by the National Association of VOCA Assistance Administrators under cooperative agreement number 2018-V3-GX-K016 awarded by the Office for Victims of Crime, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice.
